Xbox360 - Don't you need an HDTV?

lol im getting a lcd aquos sharp and cant wait but i dont think its 1080 just 740 but its ill nasty and u can hook up computers to it and change the res witch is nice.

All widescreens with 16:9 aspect ratio have a 1920x1080 resolution. I'd be impossible for it to be 1280x1024 because of the ratio. The 360 looks amazing in hd compared to a 480i television. CRT is still the best kind of TV to buy in terms of color reproduction.

Um, no, not all widescreen TV's are 1920x1080. Many are in the 10xx X 7xx range.
