True that (I think you meant *free right)...people can be a silver member which allows them to play online, with not all the features of Live. But gold member (not Austin Powers the Xbox360 service you pay for ) has more features and if you are a Live subscriber when this comes out, you get the gold member status (your Live account carries over) or so I read.

Dont you have to pay for the Premium version of XBConnect? Anyway, I have tried both and I like Xlink better, Plus, you can use alot of other systems besides just Xbox.

Its all a rip off, dont get me wrong i love xbox. Its just not fair for people to invest all this money. Now they have different levels of membership, come on.

ill drink to that. corporations are going crazy and now they can seemingly by law come into our homes and take our rights away. for starters cd's. comon by law we are not even entitled to make a copy of our own property for our own use. now m$ some how owns our xbox even after we have bought it.
