xbox 360 VGA HD?

im getting an xbox 360 this xmas, and im going to play it on my 20" 16:10 widescreen VGA monitor. with help of a KVM switch ill be able to switch between computer and 360 on the same monitor.

just wondering if the xbox 360 will play at the native resolution of 1680 x 1050, if it will even play at that aspect ratio, and if because im using a tft, will that mean its in HD?

edit: also is it worth it to get one of those fans that clips on the top? my mate had one and said it just got clogged with dust, stopped working, and made it actually overheat lol.

I use a monitor and VGA for my 360 and it gives HD. I don't think it supports 1680 x 1050, did the update give us that?

Don't know much about the fans soz.
