Xbox 1 with HD connectors

I am looking at getting a 32" widescreen HDTV, and am wondering if it is worth it to get the HD connector pack for the original XBOX.
I know it can only play DVD video at 480i, but what about games?
Do games look good on a widescreen HDTV with the original Xbox?

well how much is the HD connector kit. you would have to see if the games support it. also if the x box does. you should be able to find out if it can be enabled on the website or in the manual.

Xbox games on the Xbox are not HD. However if you play games like Halo 2 on the 360 through a HDTV, then the textures are HD (there wont be more polygons or anything).

You will probably find, with most games on the original xbox, that if you play them on a widescreen tv, the picture will just be stretched which doesnt always look good.
