For some reason the marketplace becomes unaccessible when:
1- I try to play streetfighter2hd - that I have downloaded many times because of an error message telling me the game can't start please download again! sometimes it works sometimes it doesnot and blocks the marketplace as well
or
2 - I have a message error unreadable disc asking me to clean and insert again - but it does that with cleaned discs and even newly bought games and it is not the disc or the lens as it sometimes work on the same xbox 360.
It must depend on the alignement of the stars, who knows!
I have had the problem since the New Experience dashboard upgrade. and The xbox customer support is useless asking me to send my console to repair and pay 75 pounds.
Has anyone found a solution?? Which one??
