Trouble with setting up an Internal TV Tuner/Capture card to a 360.

I recently purchased a Hauppage WinTV1600 TV tuner to record videos from my 360, but due to my lack of experience with video setup I have run into a couple of problems. all I really need is a basic guide to how to get the video from the console to the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Most capture cards only support SD inputs, often composite and S-video. Hook the 360 up using the composite (yellow) video plug and the red and white audio plugs. If you have a splitter (or other device capable of splitting like a VCR) you can hook it to both your TV and PC at the same time.
