system link a 360 and a PC?

Me and my friend both have The Orange Box i have it on PC and he has it on 360 and we are wondering would we be able to hook my PC with his 360 and play Team Fortress 2? Like a system link kinda thing?

No. The two versions cannot be played locally or online with each other. All Xbox stuff is handled through Xbox 360 Live servers while anyone can host a PC Orange Box server (I did once, and since you can mod servers, the 360 won't work...mods that are made for the PC version won't run on the 360).
