oblivion 5th aniversary

hey guys,

i recently started playing the opriginal elder scrolls oblivion again on xbox 360, and i realised that i wanted to get all the downloadable content but it is very expensive if i dont get the 5th anniverary version, i was wondering i got savved progress on my original version of oblivion, if i bought the 5th anniversary version would i have to start again from the begining or would my save game on my xbox still be accessed from th by the 5th anniversary version?

it would pick up the new saves, the 5th anniversary edition is exactly the same as the original except the disc comes with more media. its fine
