ok when i put in the game it loads fine but stays on a black screen for about 10 seconds then goes to the ubisoft logo and plays game is it normal

I dont get what your trying to say here. Yes it will stay on a black screen for a few seconds while the game loads. Then it will start the game. This is normal behavior. It is a optical media based system. It is not instantaneous that it loads the information on the disk. It needs time to read the disk and process it. So that is completely normal.
