i wanna make a halo2 montage can some one help

k well i have a ati radeon 9200 i no its not the best video card but yeah it has a s-video hole thing or w.e but i was wounderin if i can get my tv to show up on my comp like i have it hooked up right with an s-video cord an on my tv i can only see what iam doin on my computer like i wanna get me playn halo2 on my computer kinda confusing do i need a program or sumthin

You can't do that with just a video card, you need a capture card.
