minecraft java survival mode lags when entering new environment

when I enter new environment or sometimes even when I go back to different section it starts lagging bad
it pauses every second
I have to save and reload the world again to make it stop
I tried waiting for it to go away but nothing.

No, it doesn't auto-update.

Version 8 Update 191 is the latest Java Runtime.

still nothing

May need to set it to use more RAM in the launcher configuration's advanced settings. I believe you can specify that, last time I had looked (been a while).
