So a few minutes ago I received this message

رمز الوصول إلى Microsoft: ‏6640

From +40 725 228 169
I live in Denmark and google translate translated it into password so I'm guessing it says my microsoft password is 6640 (as Arabic is written from right to left).

I know this MAY not be the right forum to ask but I don't know where else to do it.

Sounds like a phishing attempt.

Just ignore it and delete it - don't respond to it at all, then they'll know it's a valid # for somebody.

Could also be one of them string text crashes, but this one failed lol..

I know you need imessage on for some string crashes to happen.

Don't think that was just arabic, though. And the crash string didn't translate to "password" .

Was just saying it could of beeen, the string crashes were a mix of arabic and english text.

But anyways, like you said ignore it, and if you have iphone, block the number.
