Default Remove malware from a Windows PC

Hi All,

Anyone know any good user friendly steps to remove malware from a Windows PC, namely windows 7 and up.

Or recommended software to help with removal etc.

Don't like what I say, ban me!

Nuke it from orbit and rebuild.
