Hello. Is it any good? Can you trust it at all? I asked it to fix a set of issues it sited...
but the function did not execute..why?

It also brought up a huge list of junk files to delete..does that make sense?

Any and all responses welcome.

yep, it's a good antivirus for years. Personally i love to use 360 antivirus and iSafe free virus removal tool, both of them are new decent free program and works well

Yes i've tried Malwarebytes too, but i ran out the trial and now its gone for good.
Malwarebytes, in my opinion, is at its best when it's strictly used as an anti-malware component (which is the free edition). Why pay for malwarebytes when you're already using a different program for that purpose?

Having a free A/V, like AVG, avast, security essentials, etc., coupled with a second force as a an anti-malware defender can be a great one-two punch.

Then just use the free version that doesn't have active scanning.

As for an AV... I just use the built in Defender in Win8. It's a beefed up version of the MSE engine, which is what I used on Win7. No issues.

Coupled that with MBAM and HiJackThis.

Used to use AVG, but it started to get bloated and slow so I ditched it.
