Default Three, O2 and Vodafone to carry Galaxy Nexus in the UK

Three, O2 and Vodafone UK are the first British network to announce that they'll be carrying the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which was unveiled at the recent Samsung Unpacked event in Hong Kong.

In Three's case, the device will run on the carrier's HSPA+ network, which it aims to have rolled out to 80% of the country by the end of 2011. Voda and O2 have kept quiet on the subject of HSPA+ so far.

As there doesn't seem to be any exclusivity agreement in place in the UK, we can probably expect fairly competitive pricing as the three networks battle for their share of Galaxy Nexus customers. We'll keep you posted if we hear anything from the two remaining carriers, Orange and T-Mobile. Hit the source links for more details direct from Three, O2 and Vodafone.
