WOW Patching 1.12.0 Problem Vista

Ok I just bought WOW created my account, downloaded the 470MB patch. Tried to install it and when it gets to 99% it stops and says,

The file "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Data\patch.MPQ" could not be renamed to "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Data\patch.MPQ.Trash". (Conflict::ResolveConflicts/1)

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 64Bit and I have tried installing the game again and re-downloading the patch and all have failed. PLZ help I wanna play WOW

Why would you patch to that download the full 2.1.x patch it'll better.
