WoW FPS

Hey guys ,
Well i returned to play WoW and im getting a constant 30 FPS .
Can WoW players screenshot there video settings maybe i did something wrong.
Yall know what system I have.

It's something with the config , just need to fiddle around.

I think they did something in the last patch. I used to have 100+ fps until this last patch, now im sitting at around 30 myself.
