Defiantly get a new Power Supply, 350 is pretty weak these days. What socket is the CPU, 939 or 754? Get rid of the Cdrom and get a combo drive like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827106826

Other than that, it will defiantly be able to play all the games you mention plus many more, on either medium/high or high graphics.
