will this rig keep up?

yea you should be able to run them on med -high.. the pc in my sig can run them at max with no problem so you should be fine.. the 6800 is a really good card

ya only when im playing multiplayer and the other dudes connection is crap. ill stick with my verizon fiber optic connection.

Ya shouldn't have any problems. I got non-GT 6600 AGP and I can run most of those games on medium.

I ran all those games with the rig in my sig on medium to high with a reasonable frame rate (20-40fps).

You shouldn't have a problem at all playing high settings with 1024x768, you could even go 1280x1024 medium settings.
