www.newegg.com is great, great return policy and is vey easy to buy from and shipping is also very fast.

Also on NewEgg go to the refurbished/Closeout areas they still come with return policy should the parts not work but look out on the motherboards they sometimes dont come with the accessories but I would say most of the time they do.
I would avoid the motherboards in refurbished if there is a specialty item specific to that motherboard or video card.
