WC3 Battlenet (patching problems)

Does any one know whats wrong with my WC3? I've reinstalled it 3 times and it's still doing this. What it's doing is that when i try to restart my WC3 after i download the patch from the game it closes out and when the patch should come up to apply, nothing happens =/ it's been like this for about a year
