Warning: Crysis Warhead and Spore DRM concern

LoL figures. Although the rootkit Sony used on the cds wasn't securom. Securrom has been used for a long time, mostly as a way to keep the cds from being copied. The newer versions of securrom are the ones that work on borderline malware. And hopefully the US courts will decide that it is. Since this is being handled in kalifornia we have a good chance that it will.

Anyone hear anything new on the DRM? I've been trying to find articles that were more recent, but the most recent I could find was 9-19-08; stating that now you can install Spore on 5 computers instead of 3, but you still only get 3 activations or something. I'm contemplating returning my copies of Spore and Crysis:Warhead because of this. Anyone else heard anything that can make me change my mind?
