As I remember it is. How you go about doing it, I am not sure. But I suppect that you will need to do some thing with your display setting under windows.
 
It's possible (though you'll need a heafty system if you want great quality) but I've never found much use for it. The only thing I've ever used a second monitor for in UT is the rearview mirror...but that gets annoying and goes against my reaction senses in game. Whatever.

I use dual-monitors, and I see no increase in gaming performance or even 3dMark when I deactivate my second monitor.
 
You have a high-end graphics card. Possibly with less-than max settings, but a high-end card nonetheless.

Try dual-monitoring UT2004 with a geforce3 and see what happens.

Thanks for replying. my original question was, how to enable that feature. do u have to have another program or is there a setting in the game.
