Upgrade help!

Hey folks. I've got a Sony Vaio laptop with a intel core 2 duo processor running at 2.4 ghz, 4gb of ram, and a ati mobility radeon 3650 video card with 512mb of memory but i can only get about 20-25fps when running call of duty 4 with many settings turned to low. My question is: what should i upgrade?

well, cod4 favours nvidia cards i think, and playing cod4 on a laptop isnt the best idea, id suggest getting a desktop.

Very difficult and expensive to upgrade a laptop your normally better off selling it and buying a faster one. Desktops are where its at when it comes to gaming notebooks don't even come close for price: performance

really there isnt anything u can upgrade unless u want to spend a ton of money. u might defrag ur hdd but it prolly wont improve your fps.
