Apparently, this only applies to us who subscribe at file planet. And you can only PRE DOWNLOAD the demo. Meaning you can download it, you just cant play it because they haven't given out the keys yet.

The Unreal Tournament 3 beta demo is out. Need I say more? Head on on over to FileShack and get to downloading!

Epic's latest shooter hits the PC in demo form today, bringing you a taste of the FPS in three maps: VCTF-Suspense, DM-Heatray, and DM-ShangriLa. Full online play and an offline, bot-populated instant action mode are included.
