Typical Bad Company problem?

On BF: BC2 I can't connect to EAs online server. It's not my internet cuz I have the issue at my friends, my house, my school, and McDonalds. Is there a fix I've seen lots of things on google with the same issue but no real answer. Help me out guys.

Have you tried pinging the EA servers? Just to make sure that it is the game doing it and not something else?
