THQ chooses Nvidia's PhysX technology for better gaming

I don't know many games from THQ.. I think Supreme Commander and Company of Heroes are the only good ones that I would play...

I won't be upgrading to nVidia any time soon (I'm too cheap anyways)

But this kind of makes me want a nVidia PPU..

But I want to know about Havok, isn't it supported by both AMD (on GPU Side) and Intel owns them... it seems Havok does have some potential though (unless if its software based... )

I didn't know THQ actually did much development. Doesn't CoH use the Havok physics engine? I wonder how much better, if any, it would perform with PhysX.

yes it does.

Dawn of War 2 will use the updated Essence Engine (2.0), so Havoks should or will be used in that game. I will be ****ed if it uses PhysX because i dont have it!

comes out Q1 2009.
