I say **** these game censors anyways. I understand the rating system but this jerk is just trying to feed his ego. The nudity in Oblivion was unintentional and never part of the true game anyways. It was placed in the 3d models for realism (newsflash! human beings all having naughty parts!). It wasn't even part of the original game, it's only accessable by mods (3rd party content). Besides, no one said a word about any of the sex/nudity/teen pregnancy mods for the Sims/Sims2 and there was even nudity in Daggerfall! This guy's obviously never been laid in real life, I kinda want to mail him a Playboy or something.
The idea that publishers should face criminal charges for this stuff is even more outrageous. The level if sheer ignorance and narrow-mindedness that Jack Thompson and Hillary Clinton display towards games is stunning.

Jack Thompson, a washed up Miami lawyer, was arrested last night after exposing himself in a miami strip club. Officials say that Thompson was a frequent customer of this strip club, yet he generally was in a disguise. Obviously, this hypocrite didn't want to be seen doing what he attempts to prosecute other for.

When authorites questioned Thompson, he said he was only human and wouldn't say anymore until his attorney arrived.
