Think it will run it??

I ordered Rainbow Six: Vegas for my pc im still waiting for it since ebgames has it back ordered. I have had mixed opinions on if my pc can run it some say it will run it great others say it will run it alright. So im wondering how will this game run on my setup? Thanks

800x600 w/ low to mid setting. you can try 1024x768 @ lowest setting and see... but don't ecxpect much. here is the comparison chart of GPU for vegas.

**** you cant even play a game at 17fps i dont think. So is this game going to look crappy on lowest setting or is the lowest setting still alrite? Also those benchmarks are on max resolution so if did drop it to low res i could prolly see medium maybe high. I have FEAR on high graphic settings with low res and it runs it great, but rainbow six could be more graphic demanding.

P.S. Is it true they are coming out with a patch so its not as graphic demanding? I heard a rumor about this.

Awesome the Gs gets 32fps on the highest quality so i will be able to play the game and still look at the pretty graphics. Thank you for showing me those benchmarks.

your processor is holding you back, probably more than the video card.. i would overclock both to get prob 10 extra fps

Cdub89 I think you will be able to run it ok. Find the right resolution for you.

Reduce shadows and the likes to where your frames are acceptable for you.....things should only get BETTER with another patch.

Shoot i usually run 800X600 res and it looks decent to me on medium or high. Hey whirlwind do you have xfire maybe we can get a match or two when i get it.

I dont have Xfire...I'm not much on an online player....however I would love the CO-OP.

My son has xfire and plays almost exclusively online...I'm more into the single player....and Vegas single player is really fun.
