Without taking apart my computer could we guess knowing that I bought it from Dell about 1 year ago?

Well , dell psu are horrible from what ive heard...so you might have to and it will be safe to get a new one.
If your on a budget i would go for the FSP 400 or 450W one on newegg.

Ok so I looked on newegg, its about $40? correct? and if i bought this, how would it help me?

If your psu isn't powerful enough to run your system with the new graphics card then it won't work right. Also a good psu is less likely to go boom and take out your computer.

changing the card is always easy...
the psu will be able to support it.
how much are you willing to spend total?
and is this only for cod?

Well assuming my motherboard has a pci slot, i will spend about 130 on a new card, that psu for 50, so about $200. I'm doing it for COD4, as well as other games, because I'm assuming most newer games wont be playable on my current system. I'm also planning on getting Starcraft 2 so I would assume i'd need a stronger card for that too.
