SWAT 4, Fairfax Residence Level

I've seen 2 forums with this problem but none of them with answers, in the SWAT 4 Fairfax level, i've tied up the granny, tied up the fat dude, tied up his a complice, found the girl near the big fat dude, and reported all of them, now it still says RESCUE ALL CILIVIANS and the RECUE MILINDA CLINE, isen't milinda the girl near the fat guy with the half white mask on? and if anyone has got this problem how did u get past it? i don't mind cheating or skipping the level somehow, just want to finish the stupid level.

P.S I've picked up both weapons too,

All I remember having to do was to tie up granny....then go find the fat dude in his basement capture him and the girl....I don't even remember there being a 4th person and that all ended the level for me

the forth guy is random, he is randomly placed in the map every now and then.

I have exactly the same problem. It seems the solution is a secret or what :-/

I had the same problem restarted the level tryed again and it worked .

I got it! At the end of the coridor leading to the lowest point of the house, there are nearly hidden door, where's the female to rescue. Just try to move around and the appropriate message to open a door will appear.
