LoL, Ste nice Idea, I would rather just stop upgrading and save the cash all together. But hell everything keeps getting better and better so I can't lol. I really just wish computers would be as best as they will be today and I had the best comp. I would be happy.

I doubt it'll be anytime soon that games actuall 100% require the 64bit windows ONLY....there will still be a LOT of people on XP and on 32bit processors for quite some time, so making a game only run on 64bit windows would kill their sales.
