stretch 640 by 480 to fit 1024 by 768 lcd moniter?

When i play starcraft the resolution turns into 640 by 480 and play area turns puny, like half of the moniter. this laptop's max resolution is 1024 by 768 and fills up the whole screen at that resolution. I know there is no way to increase the resolution of starcraft but is there a way to STRETCH the 640 by 480 so it fills up more or all of my 14.1 inch laptop lcd moniter?

Try pressing Ctrl + alt +del and then while it is not selected on the game, try to stretch the window. This worked witha few other games that i play.
