a 2400+ and a 512 is lower end but decent, however that video card is complete garbage, I cant believe she played WoW on it, musta been a 2 fps experience. The card is probably broken, or not worth fixing. If you really want to be cheap go with a radeon 9600 or something, although id spring for the nvidia 6800 gt.

I got 2600+, 1.5 GB ram, and vanilla 6600. Not GT one. And I can run most games like cod2, battlefield2, etc. at medium with 2x AA. Usually not lagging at all. So if you wanna upgrade, get her like 1 GB stick of memory, and 6600 vanilla or better. She'll run most games without problems.

WoW was working exellent with that card... and the Radeon 9600 isn't that cheap... that's what I have and it's working pretty fine... I can't play Quake 4 tought...
