Currently, the only two games that requires at least SM3.0 video card to run is SC double agent and Rainbow Six Vegas.

But this doesn't mean that future games will not run on SM2.0 video card. Just few games might not run on SM2.0

As I know Crysis will run on SM2.0 video card

It would be stupid for game devs to stop supporting SM 2.0 anytime soon anyways since most people won't upgrade to Vista and hence will not have DX10.

I think all the highly anticipated games, and games that were only originally for PS3 will have sm3 when the come of PC, like Call of Duty 3, Medal of Honor Airborne, GTAIV and games like that.
