san andreas english language file

ok i dont have the english file for my gta san andreas so i cant read anything. it in some farn language where can i download english pack for it thanks

yes i have recevied the non english version from somebody he didnt test it so i ended up testing it. and it turned out its not english but i was just wondering if i could add english files to it. if so where can i download them? thanks
