How do I play Operation Anchorage?

If you have it installed, walk around for a bit until you receive a broadcast signal that triggers the quest.

From the Operation Anchorage FAQ. Basically, you download the add-on, install it, and do the above.

Incidentally, if you do get it, please tell me if it's good; I'll be buying it either way I'm just wondering is all
