Question about installing a hotfix driver for Dirt2

Stupid question maybe..idk. I've never used a hotfix driver. Do I just install this over my current driver? I'm on 9.10 currently and downloaded a hotfix driver. I do not understand the hotfix part....

edit: nevermind I went ahead and installed it. It overwrites everything. Worked fine
