Question about adding servers in CSS

SO everytime I go to add a new server be it the tech forum server or another it always works the first time. But if I exit the game and come back the server is gone and I cant re-add it cause nothing shows up. Any fix??

servers dont always stay in your favorites

its really wierd with steam but its been like taht for years

keep adding it and stay on steam long enough and it will stay

along with that last update, my CSS sound is ****ed. the sounds i hear in CSS are "laggy"

"cheese" will sound like "Ch Che hee ee ese se ee"

Sound lag? yeah...

any ideas how to fix it, let me know
