There is a multiplayer mode, if that's what you mean.

You can create servers, and LAN servers.

No co-op mode yet. I haven't heard about them making one either, but I've been rather out of touch with the gaming community these past couple months. (It's not my fault, really...!)

Pretty much, but it gets more complex and involved later on. Once you start getting real objectives and start working with a squad, it can get hairy.

5. Is It A Long Game ?

Depends on both your ability, and how you play, but it's pretty lengthy.

Actually I clocked in at about 8 hours so I would classify it as pretty short. But like you said it depends upon your ability and playstyle. They maximized thier efforts on multiplayer when making Quake 4 so the singleplayer got short changed a little in my opinion.
