PS2 to PC

I have a PS2 game and I want to play it on my laptop. Is it possible to rip the image off of the PS2 game without it being harmed and burning it onto a CD so that I can play the game on my PC? Or are there any other suggestion on how to play the game on my laptop... easiest way would be most prefered

There are various ps2 emulators out there, ive tried a few and havent got any to work, probally didnt set them up properly

Emulating isn't illegal. ROM's of games that you don't own are.

Emulators are a grey area. IMO if you own the cosole and you own the game then I dont see any problem. As far as your question, yes, you would have to dump the file into and ISO then mount it on an emulator.
