PC MW2 - cant tell the difference between enemies and allies

im colour blind and sometimes i cant tell the difference between the 2 so eg i walk in a room and i think its my team but i find its my enemy lol so when he comes close to kill me i think WTF and then i think oh **** lol, does anyone else have the same problem

I don't have that problem personally, but perhaps you could increase the contrast of your monitor, or in the in-game settings?

Try turning on the specular map setting.

The only problem I have is the names don't pop up fast enough. I have a tendency to shoot/knife anyone, reaction, when I round a corner and there's someone there.. 1/2 the time it's my own team mates..
