PC freezes on games.

So maybe that's causing the freezing. 60C on idle is very bad. That means it must get 70+ on load, when playing games. What is your cooling like, in your case? How many fans? How many are exhaust or intake? Are you using the stock CPU cooler?

I have a fan on my video card of course. I can also see 2 fans without opening the case. Is there a program that tells me all this stuff because when this computer was built I didn't have much knowledge about all the hardware parts. A cousin built it for me.

You can try opening the case, when the computer is off of course, and see what fans you go in there. What you can do, to decrease this temperature, is get an aftermarket CPU cooler. I would suggest the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro.

Pull the side panels off,(as long as you have no pets or a curious sibling) this will not hurt your cp, it will cool it down and take comuter heating out of the equasion, your problem can be software related.
