Seriously? Raising the rating of games because because of 3rd party aftermarket content is ridiculous.

Actually the nudity was already in the game. The female avatars used the topless models when wearing armor to eliminate seeing bra straps. Including the nipples was a bad move though.
There needs to be a major change in the way that the ESRB works. It needs to spend some time actually playing and modding these games before slapping a rating on it.

I don't understand what the big deal with nudity is? Everyone regardless of age has seen a nude human being. It's a part of life that everyone sees on a daily basis.

As far as I know only the PC version is getting rated M, while the 360 version is going to stay T.
I knew this was going to happen about a month ago, when I was on the Elder Scrolls forums and I heard about the devs leaving in nude material. I said it's going to be like the Hot Coffee thing, but not as extreme (especially since it didn't get bumped up to AO).
Well I have the Teen PC copy of it so it doesn't make a difference to me, it can get rated AO for all I care, but that would probably damage the modding community as well as Bethesda.
