which one of these 3 would produce best graphics on my system?(NBA LIVE 2006 PC)

Bilinear, trilinear, and ansiotropic filtering are settings that enhance the perspective and textures on things that are far away/and or steeply angled in relation to the camera. Ansiotropic > Trilinear > Bilinear. However, performace is lost when you move the filtering settings up. You'll have to experiment to see what is best for you.

If you want a rough idea of what it looks like, look at this, a screenshot from Counter Strike's de_dust map.

Your best idea on getting the answer you are looking for will be achieved by googleing those settings. This will give you exact definitions from sources such as Wikipedia and the such and you won't have to wait for a reply--
