new patch for GTA4 is out now!

Ok I went home last night and the video capture thing was on and so I turned that off and all the lag went bye bye!

I must say this patch is awesome though! I take taxi cabs every where in this game. It makes it so much faster to progress through the game. Well the load times before the patch when you would just skip the drive, would take forever! Now it takes maybe 5 seconds to load. They improved that time frame big time!

found an exploit. I was doing a that early first mission when Little Jacob calls u back the first time, jamacian thing mission. If u try changing the radio, u get stuck trying to change it. If u get out of the car, the radio stations is still on top of screen. If Jacob calls u a second time to pic u up, u get stuck on the phone call no way to get out of it. You just sit there because u got stuck trying to change the radio station.

I've found an increase of about 3 fps in crowded areas... not bad
