I've just been given a ?30 voucher for HMV and I want a new game, but not sure what to get. There is football manager 2008, but as I bought 2007, I'll get a cracked version of that as I doubt they've changed much. I probably want to get some sort of strategy game. C&C games are ok, but I want something a bit different to that. I've got Medieval2 total war and like that type of game. My system (as of tonight) will be a 7950GT, E6750 chip, 2 gb DDR2 running XP, so I can't run anything that's Vista/DX10 only. Any recommendations?

Nice setup. Bioshock is a must buy. But get FM aswell its so good... Your chip should be able to process the fixtures extremely quickly, as i believe its dual core optimised.
Also, there are some really goos deals going on at GAME for pc games. They do PREY for £5, and I got F.E.A.R. and Doom 3 together for £15. There are also alot of other good games there aswell for cheap.
