It's a free massively multiplayer online navy game.
You start out with a small frigate and a couple of guns and slowly work your way up to huge battleships with a large amount of weapons, including torpedos and aircraft.
It's set in the second world war and many would say it's historically accurate, although certain things are speeded up to make the battles more fun.
Talking of battles, these can be as large as 64 per side and are played out in real time.
I recommend it to anyone who is interested in WW2 and/or naval combat and the ability to customise your own ships!
