MW2 error..

The game works and runs fine at the start, i complete the training, the next level loads and i click/press enter to skip breifing. But then i hear the error pop up noise, alt tab and fine the error:

could not find file roadkill.ff

So i assume that upon installation the file was somehow not installed, however after checking my folder - it is indeed there, and it's 160mb so i'm assuming it's a level. It's in with all the other levels too.

I've tried running as admin and compatibility mode but no luck

Try drag and drop the file from the install disc and try again. Might be corrupt.

You enjoying the game other then that? I'm getting it for Xbox today.

Steam is giving me an error too.

Incomplete installation of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Multiplayer (53)

Single player works fine.

Restarted steam and watched the entire breifing instead of skipping it seemed to fix it. Then played the campaign through in one sweep Short campaign, completed in 4hours 50mins on Normal.. Was a very good campaign though, excellently crafted with some very impressive (visually) settings.

Now for the Spec Ops and MP mode
