mouse sensitivity

this probably sounds like a silly question to all you experts out there but here goes...

i'm playing a game which doesn't have an in-game mouse sensitivity adjustment feature

i know you can adjust mouse sensitivity in windows through control panel...but adjustments i make in control panel don't seem to be universally effective...they are effective in windows but don't take effect in the game

this is very frustrating for me

it would be greate if i could find a third party program that lets me adjust mouse sensitivity in other programs besides windows desktop

i'd appreciate any help

hmmm, Well on my mouse I just have physical buttons on the mouse that let me adjust it on the fly.

Some mice have that function. My Razer Diamondback does.

well, it's an old Westwood Studios game called Nox

hmm maybe you should try it on a different game, and then narrow it down to; game or something else.

if theres no mouse sensitivity in-game then it should work fine and you shouldnt need to adjust it!? if this isnt the case then there should be in-game adjustments, in theory
